LEMA' ANCHA -

Blessing from the Father, through you, for them

Welcome to Lema’ancha

Lema’ancha is a foundation created in response to the high demand for volunteers in Israel since the October 7, 2023 attack. As a result, many farmers in Israel have lost staff, preventing many crops from being harvested and threatening to put many farmers out of business.

Lema’ancha provides needy farmers with volunteers.

Nitzana

Nitzana is located in southwestern Israel, in the Negev, a stone’s throw from the Egyptian border. It is an ecological education project supported by the Jewish Agency and is part of Pitchat Nitzana, along with the four moshavim Ezuz, Kadesh Barnea, Kmehin and Be’er Milka. In Nitzana, they seek to bring people closer to creation. This location is your home base during your stay at Lema’ancha.

Volunteer

From arrival at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel, everything is arranged for you as a volunteer, including transportation to and from Nitzana meals and lodging.
Our work is as variable as the farmers’ crops; the work ranges from light to heavier labor. No experience is required but good physical condition is necessary.

Unity

In addition to picking tomatoes, cucumbers and strawberries, weeding and so on, our higher goal is to create unity among believers of diverse backgrounds and ages. This includes seeking unity between the Jewish people and believers from other countries. We believe that Yeshua’s last important prayer from John 17:20-21 is about to be fulfilled.

‘I pray not only for these (Jews), but also for them (believers from the nations) who will believe in Me through their word, that they all may be one, as You, Father, in Me, and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You have sent Me.’

It would be wonderful if believers in the God of Israel from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and beyond who yearn for true unity – unity for which Yeshua prayed – were to join together in this project.

We were given the following three texts when we began this project:

‘Strangers will stand and feed your flocks, foreigners plow your land and tend your vines’

Jesaja 61:5

‘I am doing something new; it’s springing up—can’t you see it? I am making a road in the desert, rivers in the wasteland. Because I put water in the desert, rivers in the wasteland, for my chosen people to drink’

Jesaja 43:19

‘they will be the branch I planted, my handiwork, in which I take pride.’

Jesaja 60:21

We hope to see you soon in the Holy Land!
