Welcome at Lema'ancha

Lema’ancha – לְמַעַנְךָ

A blessing from the Father, through you, for Him.

Lema’ancha is a foundation that emerged in response to the high demand for volunteers in Israel since the attack on October 7, 2023. As a result, many employers in Israel lost their staff, leading to challenges such as the inability to cultivate crops and the imminent bankruptcy of numerous farmers. As a foundation, we ensure that needy employers in Israel are provided with volunteers.

From your arrival in Israel, everything will be arranged for you as a volunteer, including transportation to and from Ben Gurion Airport, meals, and accommodation. Our current lodging is in the ecological village of Nitzana, where various activities of The Jewish Agency take place. Nitzana is located in the south of Israel, bordering the Egyptian border, just a stone’s throw away from the biblically significant town of Kadesh Barnea.

Various types of tasks will be carried out, ranging from light to more strenuous activities, at various tomato growers in the vicinity. No prior experience is required, tasks include picking and packing tomatoes, as well as preparing for the upcoming harvest.

Our higher goal is to foster unity among believers with diverse backgrounds and all ages participating in this project. Ultimately, this includes fostering unity between the Jewish people and believers from other nations. We believe that the last significant prayer of Yeshua from John 17:20-21 is on the verge of fulfillment.

“I do not pray for these (Jews) alone, but also for those (believers from the nations) who will believe in Me through their word, that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.”

It would be beautiful if believers in the God of Israel from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, who yearn for genuine unity – the unity Yeshua prayed for – collectively shoulder this project.

Isaiah 43:19 says: “Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Adding to this, Isaiah 60:21 states, “… the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.”

Let us be like the scouts who ventured into the land at Kadesh Barnea thousands of years ago and return with a good testimony. We hope to greet you soon in the Holy Land.
